Geniet van deze miniscule gezondheidsbommetjes (ze zijn glutenvrij en rijk aan plantaardige eiwitten) in het gezelschap van seizoensgroenten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16358 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/life-magazine-13.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"474\" height=\"316\" \/><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor 2 personnen<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2 rode uien<\/li>\n<li>125 g jonge wortelen<\/li>\n<li>1 kleine courgette<\/li>\n<li>100 g cherrytomaatjes<\/li>\n<li>2 el Becel Original (vloeibaar) (20 g)<\/li>\n<li>0,25 rode peper<\/li>\n<li>1 limoen<\/li>\n<li>10 g platte peterselie<\/li>\n<li>150 g h\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>125 g quinoa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bereidingswijze\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verwarm de oven voor tot 200 \u00b0C. Pel de uien en snijd ze in partjes. Schrap de worteltjes en halveer ze in de lengte. Was en snijd de courgette in dikke plakken en halveer ze. Was de tomaatjes en halveer ze. Schep de ui met de wortel, de Becel Original en versgemalen peper naar smaak door elkaar. Verdeel ze over de braadslede of ovenschaal en rooster de groenten 10 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven. Neem de groenten uit de oven en schep er de courgette door en zet de groenten nog 15 minuten in de oven.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verwijder intussen de zaadjes uit het pepertje en hak het vruchtvlees fijn. Was de limoen schoon en rasp de groene schil dun eraf. Hak de peterselie fijn en schep het met de limoenzeste, de rode peper, versgemalen peper en de peterselie door de h\u00fcttenk\u00e4se. Bereid de quinoa volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schep de geroosterde groenten met de tomaatjes door de quinoa. Verdeel het over 2 borden en geef het h\u00fcttenk\u00e4semengsel erbij.
