Verhit de olie in een pan en laat de groenten gedurende 2 minuten slinken. Voeg peper en zout toe, samen met een beetje water en laat al roerend 10 minuten bakken. Voeg de room toe en laat alles 5 minuten koken. Verwarm de oven tot<br \/>\n180 \u00b0C. Snij 4 vierkanten uit bakpapier. Plaats in elk vierkant een bedje van prei en wortelen. Strijk de kipfilets in met de mosterd en leg ze op het groentebedje. Voeg er peper en zout samen met de verkruimelde tijm aan toe, sluit de papillot en doe ze in een schotel.
