Wie van wortelcake houdt, zal ook als een blok vallen voor deze smeu\u00efge traktatie.<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/cake1.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"post__title \">Voor 4 personen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Voorbereiding:\u00a015 min<\/li>\n<li>Kooktijd: 35 min<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g pure chocolade<\/li>\n<li>300 g courgette<\/li>\n<li>4 eieren 80 g suiker<\/li>\n<li>50 g bloem<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 theelepel gist 30 g boter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bereiding<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verwarm de oven tot 165\u00b0C (stand 5\/6).<\/li>\n<li>Breek de chocolade in stukjes en doe ze in een kom.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg er de boter aan toe die je liet smelten au bain-marie.<\/li>\n<li>Schil de courgette, spoel ze, snij ze in stukken en stoom ze gedurende een tiental minuten. Mix alles tot een puree.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de gesmolten chocolade eraan toe en meng goed.<\/li>\n<li>Scheid het eiwit van de dooiers.<\/li>\n<li>Klop de dooiers met de suiker tot een egaal wit mengsel en voeg er dan het mengsel van chocolade, courgette, bloem en gist aan toe.<\/li>\n<li>Klop het eiwit stijf en schep het zachtjes door de bereiding.<\/li>\n<li>Giet in een taartvorm en bak gedurende ongeveer 30 minuten in de oven.
