Een alternatief voor de klassieke gevulde groenten: probeer eens een vulling van tofu en quinoa!<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/tomaat1.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voor 4 personen<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voorbereiding: 30 min Bereidingstijd: 1 uur 15 min<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">8 tomaten<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 ui<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 teentjes knoflook<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 eetlepels olijfolie<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 takje tijm<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">50 g quinoa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 ei<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">150 g verse tofu<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 beschuit<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">10 cl melk<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">peper en zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bereiding<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Week de beschuit in melk.<\/li>\n<li>Spoel de tomaten, snij een \u2018hoedje\u2019 op 2\/3.<\/li>\n<li>Hol de tomaten uit en snij het vruchtvlees in dobbelstenen.<\/li>\n<li>Pel en versnipper de ui en knoflook.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit 1 eetlepel olie in een pan en fruit de uien.<\/li>\n<li>Rits de tijm van het steeltje boven de pan, voeg er de knoflook en de in blokjes gesneden tomaten aan toe en laat gedurende twintig minuten sudderen.<\/li>\n<li>Af en toe roeren.
